Mind/Body Coaching

Mind/Body coaching is a holistic combination of life coaching and somatic (body) practices designed to help you find practical ways for getting unstuck and manifesting what you long for in your day to day life.

A coaching session usually works best as a follow up to an Intuitive Reading. I help you IMAGINE different ways of being, and create GESTURES (tangible actions steps) to manifest your ideas into reality.

Mind/Body Coaching

  • Prep Work

    Mind/body coaching is designed to help you integrate the raw material that comes through in an energy session or intuitive card reading.

    It is possible to collect spiritul experiences without lasting tangible change.

    As you work through the coaching form I send you prior to our session, you are given a guide to help you clarify what kinds of changes you want to manifest in your life.

    I offer a decolonized and depatriarchized approach to coaching using all the tools at my disposal including my background in vocal performance, sound healing, embodied movement, theatre, storytelling, interior design, collage art, and other multidisciplinary offerings.

  • Coaching Session

    We meet via Facetime or in person and begin with a body-centered mindfulness practice to help us access this work from an integrated place (rather than trying to “solve problems” with our minds).

    During our 60 minutes together, we talk through specifics from your form and help co-create a map which can include basic body movements, mandala making, card pulling, affirmation statements, and creation of daily rituals.

    You walk away with 3-5 actionable items (homework), day-to-day implementable practices, and further clarity on your next right steps of Coming Home To Yourself.
