Mind/Body Coaching
Mind/Body coaching is a holistic combination of life coaching and body-based practices designed to help you find practical ways for getting unstuck and manifesting what you long for in your day to day life.
Prior to meeting, I send you a coaching form to help you set an intention for our time and hone in on what you are longing for.
During our 60 minutes together, we meet via Facetime or in person and begin with a body-centered mindfulness practice to help us access this work from an integrated place (rather than trying to “solve problems” with our minds).
We then talk through specifics from your coaching form.
A session might include any number of multi-disciplinary aspects such as mindfulness, embodied movement, mandala making, collage, affirmation statements, creation of daily rituals, and card readings—-all in service of helping you clarify who you are and how you want to live.
You walk away with day-to-day implementable practices and a renewed vision to help you take the next right steps of Coming Home To Yourself.
Sessions are 60 minutes, in-person or remote, and $111 paid through Venmo.
